Tower Tops

This is the tower belonging to the demolished church of St Lukes, and is near to Griffin Park where I regularly walk our dog Bramble.  

The beautiful sunshine and blue sky heightened the view as I walked towards it. If I had a decent camera instead of my mobile phone, I would have picked out the interesting features at the top of the tower. There is a gargoyle at each corner, which I find a challenge for a church.

There are also some lower down near the doorway, but these are damaged so perhaps not as photogenic, if that can be said of a gargoyle.
