Hidden Hoy (Day 3223)

A different start to the day than normal today. I zoomed to town first thing to get an MRI scan of my knee. Although it is a great deal better than it has been for a long time, I still get problems with it and it causes me a fair bit of pain from time to time. I have learned how to avoid hurting it and am reasonably successful, but I would really like to have it sorted out.
Back home after the scan for a little while then my beautiful wife and I headed back to town to spend a little time with Dad.
Home for lunch then a wander with Sigyn at Lyde before heading through to the horses. It was fairly chilly in the stiff breeze but good to get out for a ride and blow the cobwebs away.
