Right on cue

I had two glorious walks today. This morning was blue sky with just a dusting of snow and no wind. There was a big raven hanging out on a light post quarking away. I got a number of photos of it but when they are so black it's hard to get a decent photo.
A storm was supposed to blow in around 2:00 and right on cue the dark clouds and even some thunder and lightning happened! Then this most gorgeous snow started. Soft again with no wind but really coming down. What a perfect snow to walk in. I got up to the university and loved the way the sidewalk made such a dramatic line through the snow. I snapped a photo of myself under a tree trying to keep my phone from getting too wet. The flakes were so mesmerizing they almost made me dizzy.
