SUCCULENT

There is no theme for Abstract Thursday today so I faffed about with a photo of the leaves of a succulent plant.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Pottered around at home doing a few chores and watching TV until it was time to walk to the church hall for slimming group.  The weather was dry but really cold. Fortunately the hall was warm this evening ( sometimes it isn't ). 

Quite a few members stayed after getting weighed so it was a good meeting.  Net loss for the group this week was 40 pounds.  I had a small gain of half a pound.  I was pleased about this as I thought I would have gained more as Ive  been a bit hit and miss sticking to plan for the last fortnight.
