Spring Emerging

Blossom on the blackthorn bushes and catkins in the hazel - some of the early signs of spring and always a delight.

Grateful:
- To walk on the beach at low tide this afternoon and watch Merlin’s joy as he jumped puddles left in the sand.
- To have the log burning stove on this evening to warm up after walking in a bracing easterly wind.
- To see a tiny green shoot emerging from one of the sweet pepper seeds I sowed a week or so ago.
