Britten 100

I was at the British Library in London this afternoon. An exhibition on Benjamin Britten is currently on as a part of Britten 100 - celebrating the centenary of this great composer. The exhibition featured photographs, audio and video recordings of his music and stories of his collaborations and specifically with this poet W. H. Auden . A video recording of the 1936 documentary film Night Mail and which is the most famous work of Britten and Auden was featured in the exhibition. The video is also available on YouTube.

Photography is not allowed in the exhibition areas of the British Library. The photos that I have taken are from the public area. I have tried to capture two views here: the entrance and the exhibition area.
