Crocus

Not exactly one of my "walk to the bins" shots but I did spot it as I arrived back at the lodge.  I can't remember us planting any crocuses of this type so how it got there I don't know.  To my it is not a species crocus more likely a large flowered hybrid.  However I am happy to be corrected if i am wrong.

Basically the visit was to finish off one or two things.  We have no guests coming in but from next Friday we are away so we needed to be sure the lodge was ready for any last minute bookings.  Also our insurance requires that when the lodge doesn't have guests it has to be visited and checked regularly.
