When I swapped on the winter tyres I had to swap the spacers on the front brake arms as the front wheels have different ideas about where their rims ought to sit, so shifted this one a bit to the left to hopefully speed up the re-swapping process later in the year, unless there's a late icy spell. I didn't notice the rear wheels being differently-aligned but this could have been masked by having to replace a spoke and tighten half of them on the rear winter wheel; the wheel with the unspiked tyre has likewise been adjusted to be reasonably central so that the spiked one can meet it in the middle when it returns. The new front mech went on reasonably straightforwardly, the new left bar-end shifters even more so, leaving only the restoration of the bar tape as soon as I've squidged a wee thing together out of re-formable plastic to brace the underside of the cable housing so that the tape can go over it rather than painfully beneath.
