Sam, me, and Mexican Wedding Cakes

I forgot to mention we didn't leave alone. I took my Mexican Wedding Cakes with me. 

Today we went to Assateague. Samuel enjoyed being on the beach and asked to play. Assateague's claim to fame is that it has wild horses running around. They were very chill. Some were sleeping next to the wooden path. Later I walked on the Ocean City boardwalk in the wind. It is offseason and cold and so not busy. 

Some soldiers I Ukraine have received ketamine, an anesthetic. It might help with depression and suicidal thoughts. 15 Ukrainians attended a training program on using psychedelics for therapy. 

It is decided - cars in London's low emission zone program can be donated to Ukraine.
