Such a good idea

I spotted this recent addition to the promenade in Portobello on my way to the charity shop this morning.

It’s such a good community spirit on all levels: Read,  Play, Clean, Move and Share. It’s part of an initiative by the Edinburgh Tool Library. The library is a charity, based on the following ethos:

By cultivating a spirit of generosity and thoughtfulness with each other and our things, we can all play our part in a greener, more sustainable future. 

Here’s hoping it is well used and doesn’t get vandalised.
