After another poor nights sleep, we got up early to await an electrician (7am appointment) but sadly he’d mixed up his days. Mr P and I spent the morning getting the last of our stuff out of the loft (I refused to part with my treasured gramophone). Home Basics (reuse hub) picked up a lot of furniture and other items from us late morning and then after lunch, we cleared out the rest of the shed. Luckily the electrician managed to come round in the afternoon and then ended up practically rewiring the house. He was a very nice chap but I thought he’d never leave!
