The Christening

During the service the Vicar mentioned 'Jesus' and Olivia very excitedly piped up (in her not very quiet voice), "Mummy, I know the story of baby Jesus. Amelia's (a girl in her class) Mum has the book!" I think she was referring to the Bible :)

Unfortunately we were only in the UK for approx. 24 hours so it really was a flying visit.

At about 7.30pm the kids started yawning and looking sleepy, so we pulled over and changed them into their pyjamas expecting them to fall fast asleep so we could lift them into bed when we got home. However changing them into their pyjamas seemed to re-ignite their energy levels as they thought it was very funny to be wearing them in the car! Sure enough they were still wide awake when we finally got home at 10pm.
Then they were hungry and wanted to be fed.
We all fell into bed at approx. 11pm.
I am dreading the morning when I have to wake them up for school/creche.
