I was up having my granola and coffee before 7 this morning. I'd made an arrangement to meet a friend at a nearby coffee shop so we could bid each other farewell for the season. We're both heading north to home and we're not knowing when we may next meet. 

A and I talked of painting, family and travel.... I will very much miss her creative energies when we go our separate ways. 

I'm continuing to work on my list of things to get done. I'm home for the day.
