Proud mother

Spent this afternoon driving around the Dales, stopping at pictures-q spots for offspring to take photos for art project. Was actually really nice, a whistle-stop-tour of some of our favourite spots. These ducks were spotted at Linton, home to nice pub, and runner ducks with adorable ducklings, but despite runner ducks being my all time favourite bird, the expression on this 'bog standard' duck did it for me.

Last night was the preview of an open studio event for one of my friends. Her new studio is a riot of colour and creativity. Sadly I was distracted somewhat by the cava and cheese and forgot to take a photo to blip. Bad blipper....
