After a couple of really lethargic days I did some furniture moving and tidying. (I knew there was a reason for nicking that solid wood bookcase off a skip a fortnight ago but it took me until today to work out where it wanted to go.) I did some weeding in the garden. I mended my bike-trailer strap. Then I rewarded myself with an evening in the cinema - and a gaze at the vibrant church window just opposite it, which I hadn't noticed before.

This is how days should be!
