First Class

There were two things that I saw for the first time today having been in Chennai for over two months. The first, but it was too late to blip, was a pedestrian crossing signal. You know the red and green flashing men. The second was a letter-box!
It costs less than a third of the price of a UK second class stamp to send something from India to the UK. I'd put money on it getting there before some second class items in the UK as well!
