Speculate to accumulate

The house is a total mess. There are holes everywhere. There is plaster dust on every surface. There are drafts coming from every corner. There is no hot water.

Still, you've got to speculate to accumulate. These photos will be the only memories we'll have of a messy, cold house once the log burner has been installed.

We've had a builder in this morning and I believe the plumber is on his way now.

B has been a trooper all day and hasn't stopped working.

I feel warmer already.
