FATTENING UP

The local mallards (Anas platyrhynchos) are fattening up this morning....their ducky weather radar must be running or they watched the weather forecast this morning, as there's a Spring blizzard going to hit tonight and by tomorrow morning they'll be duck-thigh deep in snow.

Anywhere from 3 to 8 inches (7-20cm) of heavy wet snow driven by 40mph (64kph) winds.  Get it while you can.
