On the way

Tomorrow, this is going to be a sourdough German Mischbrot. Apparently one of the simplest to make! No kneading! It’s been rising for 6 hours, just gone into a proving basket and will be in the fridge overnight. If there is a photo of it tomorrow - it worked!!!!
