German Mischbrot

Well….. it looks like bread (see yesterday’s Blip).

It didn’t rise quite as much as expected but it tastes really nice and almost half of it has been ‘tested’.

All this came about because of our recent trip to Sweden visiting our lovely friends, Jan and Keith in the snowy north.

Keith had made fantastic sourdough and introduced me to the Bread Code on YouTube. A German baker who likes flow charts!! It’s an unusual combination, but it works!!

This is his recipe and I’m excited to give it another go (it’s SO easy).
