Booby prize . . .

. . .  again! Another full day of curling and a BBC recording. Coaching this morning was good and a quick exit got us to Drygate Brewery for an episode of Breaking the News. The panel members, Neil Delamere, Ashley Storrie, Connor Burns and Josie Long, were excellent and there were plenty of laughs for tomorrow's broadcast.

This evening it was my club's closing bonspiel and once again I came away with the booby prize. I'm glad that's my last bonspiel of the season, for the sake of  my waistline.
