rehydration
Firstly, is it ok to eat the wee black seeds in watermelon? I've had mixed opinions on this.
So this is post beasting two hour work out (well one hour class one hour fifteen min workout.) I feel brand new. But at the same time sore and exhausted. This is my rehydration plan along with water. And watermelons kind of a carb too. Ideal for after lots of sweating.
I've been quite productive- cleaning out Leo, tidying, cooking to freeze and sorting washing. And trying to make banana protein ice cream lol.
