Mynydd-y-Gaer, Hillfort

SUNDAY

A short walk around the village this morning. A trip down to Trefnant to see what was on offer at the Craft Fair and then a drive over to Llannefydd for a 90 minute walk around Mynydd-y-Gaer including a walk up to the hill fort at the summit (280m). From here there are views of Eryri, to the west the Irish Sea and looking east we could see our home village of Tremeirchion.
