Tooli likes cross-stitch. 

I've never been very good at it 

Tooli.ordered a new one before she left; and was disappointed to find it was preprinted with the pattern.

Tooli prefers the complexity of a white canvas

This however is perfect for me 

Nant taught Tooli and tried the Teach me.

She was at a loss as to how I could be so cack handed  at it 

I'm just not very neat.

EDIT :  Re read the instructions.  Realised I have been stitching the wrong way.  The news bits I have done look so much better.
