Rainy Spring Day

On and off rain showers, not too cool. Managed to get outside here and there. I've been trying to take a good shot of these ranunculus for a while now, and a good shot with my Canon was eluding me. But the iPhone worked pretty well! This is truly their color...brilliant!

I had a doctor's appointment this morning because my hip has been hurting me like crazy. Turns out that fall that fractured my elbow - 6 weeks ago to the day - also tore my piriformis muscle in my hip and it's impinging the sciatic nerve. So my doc gave me a shot of lidocaine to calm the muscle and is sending me off to physical therapy. It will be a nice companion to the PT I'm starting tomorrow for the elbow. Good grief.
