A dear, dear, dear friend of ours had a horrible accident in Dublin a few weeks ago where she was spiked by a total bastard and she fell out of a first floor window, breaking vertebrae, damaging her spinal chord and leaving her 2mm from paralysis.

I know, awful.

Anyway, she's back at her mum and dad's recuperating - and as this particular friend is the sort of person that will not take this kind of shit, she is recovering at an incredible rate and all her doctors are amazed at the speed she's getting back together. Mentally, too, she's doing incredibly.

We decided to hop on a bus to go and visit her in sunny Kinross for a few hours and it was a lovely, lovely day.

Arlo was a complete ANGEL on the bus through.

Just so happy to see my lovely friend for myself and know she really is on the mend.
