An interior in Spring

Sunshine is streaming in through the window and it’s giving off a positive vibe.

In other news, there has been a conclusion on the strip of land across the road. I have reported on it before. The residents were trying to get it designated as a footpath. But the decisions have now been taken. The applicant has now succeeded in proving his occupation over the requisite number of years and he has also successfully opposed the footpath designation order . So he has won. The residents have lost. Fair play, congratulations to him - he has taken the case through the required channels and and has proved his points. 

We now wait to see what he intends to do with the land.
