How to improve your eyesight

Carrot cake, the real stuff, is legendary in my mind. It's right up there with caramel, dulce de leche, whipping cream.
This "heavenly hunk"  could be considered a poor relation, similar to brussels sprouts, or boiled cabbage, carrying the name but missing the mark entirely.
I'll still eat them though.

So the long weekend starts, just a three day one for us as Easter Mnday is not a stat. But it will be no rest for the wicked as the clock is ticking.
