We walked over 2 hours today. Mostly in the rain. It was also very cold. The weather did decide to be sunny at times, but only when we were indoors...

We had our first viewing in the morning. Nice Victorian terrace on a good street, but needs a decent amount of work on the ground floor especially the kitchen, which was almost completely covered in mold. The stairs were very steep and very small, you'd need to be careful on them. I made a little joke about them to the agent, who chuckled in a "I want you to get out but I have to be nice" way. The tiny enclosed yard is where we would have to make a compromise as we were hoping for a garden we could sit in.

In the afternoon, we had our second viewing. House was like an 80's time capsule! It was very charming and just needed some work as one part of the house was suffering from damp. The location was very convenient, but unfortunately, it had even less outside space than the first house so we think we will probably pass.

We kept a look out for Angel, but sadly we saw nothing.
