It Doesn’t Take Much ….

…. To make you feel appreciated.
This arrived in the post this morning, over the course of my time with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission I have received a beanie hat, lanyard, tote bag, pin badge and a few other bits and pieces, all gratefully received but also not necessary, I thoroughly enjoy my volunteering. I’m so looking forward to the rain stopping and the ground drying out so that I can get back to visiting the cemeteries on my list.

Enjoyed today, with no car it was a bus to the Epic Midweekers Gig Row, bit windy but enjoyable.
Mrs S on another night shift slept in the afternoon which meant a leisurely walk once the the drizzle had stopped.
