Lost List

Hah! I took one, and only ONE, image on this day. My June has been more than a blurr...it's been a tornado of rushing to and from hotels, airports, and touristy excursions...oh and did I mention cooking and changing linens and quick cleanups before the next guests arrive? We have been running a very booked up 'bed and breakfast' sort of place in our home since the end of May. I've decided the Bed and Breakfast business is not for me. That's good to know, because I always had thought previously that that wouldn't be a bad thing. I'm not very good at it, it turns out. Glad I'm in the soap business instead.

Today was filled with shopping with my mother-in-law and daughter, Nikki. We made two trips to Hobby Lobby and had an important list of things to buy on this trip. Hobby Lobby is a large store. My list had apparently flown right off my shopping cart while I hurried along. I was on the complete opposite end of the store when I realized my list was missing. I raced around, turning corner after corner retracing my steps until VOILA! There it was. Lucky! Lucky indeed. Especially lucky that I decided to snap a picture of it on the floor of Hobby Lobby, or else this would have been my first non-blip day since January 10th, 2009. Whew! ...close one.
