Addicted!

I absolutely love swimming at Redbrook. I had arranged to meet Jackie there this morning. She brought her friend, Kelly, for her first cold water swim and Roy turned up with his wife, Cath. The sun shone and it was fabulous. The water was about 5° according to Jackie’s duck thermometer so we only stayed in for fifteen minutes.

Pat and I had a walk through the woods this afternoon. It was glorious and a proper Spring day. I’m working tomorrow so it’s an early night for me, especially as the clocks go forward too….aaaargh.
