Making plans

Back blip

R collected us before picking S up from work to go to look at the place that we are staying at for the wedding weekend. S’s family are coming from Canada and Denmark, as well as friends from the Uk, so rather than being scattered about in random places we are all together. The reception will be here and they are using outside caterers. It’s good that we will get some quality time to meet people and have time to chat. They have a lot of organising to do, but both are good at that!! The youngsters are well catered for with this games room (in extras)

They came over for dinner with Olive. I’d bought lamb shoulder steaks which the butcher suggested cooking in the crockpot. This fitted the schedule perfectly as I set it to cook before we went out and did the veg etc when we got back.  

We all enjoyed the evening, a pleasant end to a constructive day.
