A trip to meet old friends

We went over to Nottinghamshire today to catch up with friends. There was much more going on than we expected, including a 3 day equestrian event at Thoresby Park. 

The weather was variable, torrential rain at times when we were driving and there was so much traffic on the road !!! 

We had a good catch up, saw Lottie a short haired German pointer who was part of our lives for many years and a chance to see the latest jewellery designs that G is working on.

We had a long walk round the park, someone will be tired tomorrow!!!
