Lucca

Lucca is a walled city an hour-a-half train ride from Florence. We were lucky to coordinate a visit with Genine, from my yoga class, and her husband Mike while they are in Lucca. They are familiar with the city from previous visits and gave us a great tour of the city that covered some highlights and included a walk along the wall. We enjoyed lunch together and then stopped at an artigianale gelato shop before catching the train back to Florence.
