Saturday: Dinner At Shachi’s

This morning, we met up with our dear friend, Janice, for breakfast.  We met at Fable Diner on East Broadway where I had an excellent smoked salmon eggs benedict.  I’ve been hankering for salmon ever since we got here.  It was so lovely to catch up - seeing our friends and spending time with them is reminding us of everything that is good.

K and I then headed to Spanish Banks for a long walk on the beach, followed by a return to Granville Island for a good long browse in ‘Upstart & Crow’, one of the best bookshops we know.

This evening we hooked up with Andrew and all filed over to Shachi’s for an excellent dinner.  We had quite the giddy time.
