Notes: Woke early and rested a little more before heading out on the bike as it was getting light, traffic seemed pretty heavy (maybe b/c of Easter?) Decent ride of 12.5 miles tho, nice and cool morning, low humidity. Shower and coffee, watched the CBS Sun Morning show - almost used the pic I took of the segment with Martha Stewart, I'd bet my life savings it's someone in a mask (was quite clear at bottom of neck). Was wanting to eat early, made a big omelet w/ leftover broccoli and goat cheese. "Jello" made yesterday w/ agar agar didn't set up so mixed that w/ whipped cream and froze it for a sorbet-like dessert. Tried another batch of cranberry jello and adjusted the agar agar slightly and boiled a bit longer. Mostly relaxed the rest of the day, watched some more March Madness basketball.
