Easter walk

I spent much of the morning pottering in the garden, weeding and choosing a spot, preparing and planting a cherry bush that Jane and Dad brought me on Saturday.  I also made better friends with the ducks (see extra).

This afternoon we gathered the troops for an afternoon walk to Flourish for a coffee and a chocolate brownie or two.  The weather was glorious.

It's been a really lovely weekend and all the more precious as it's not so easy to get us all together in one place anymore.  Ben drove everyone down to London in the early evening in a car packed to the rooftop!

We'll see Sam rather belatedly later this week.  xxx
