yellow....

Spent the afternoon in the studio and had quite a successful time....got a second layer on one of the bigger paintings, tweaked a little more on 3-4 others...and then by around 4.30 i'm feeling a bit done!   So this is when i think of the next day....actually i'm now counting down the days left to me to be in full on painting mode!!!  I covered up the painting that is in the extra.....it was a very old painting and i wasn't at all happy with it, so i covered over it with greens and yellows.....a very satisfying process!

Next week at this time we'll be heading to Halifax to fly down to Mexico the next day.   When we get back it will be around the 22nd April, which will really only leave me about a week to remain in the painting mode....boy these past 3 months have gone by fast!   I need to start being a potter again at the beginning of May :(
