Laundry out on the line, ironing pile demolished, I headed for Tesco's who were'nt opening until 8am. Perfect!  Yiks! The windscreen was partly frozen. Low lying mist all the way to Newton Abbot, so I thought I might nip down to the Teign estuary before shopping. Visibility nil as I approached Tesco's petrol station so shopped first, quick & painfree apart from the bill. LOL!! Drove to the estuary to be welcomed by brilliant sunshine. Blip done, looking back up the estuary, the bridge over the A380, with those beautiful reed beds providing some reflections.
Arrived at Mum's, back door locked. Mum had locked herself in, misplaced the key, & was looking very agitated.  Packed Mum's shop away, walked Indie in scattered showers. Washing will be wet.
Back at base I eventually found the back door key. We had coffee, & continued with the new jigsaw puzzle for an hour or so before heading up to Chudleigh for an afternoons racing on tv.
