More horrid painful tests today, yuck. 


So you get more Missy. Sorry, but she was by far the most photogenic part of the day. 
A lovely long catchup with a friend today, sad H is changing job's as we'll work together less, but super pleased for her too.

Also starting to think through the processes of moving Wellness Walks from a community interest company (not-for-profit) to a formal Charity. Daunting.
