Today's the day ....................... for cherry blossom

First of all - thank you all very much for your kind thoughts and good wishes for Will yesterday.  I have passed them all on to him and he was very touched to be so remembered.

I was in seeing him this afternoon and he was much more like his old self again.  He's certainly being looked after very well - apart from not giving him anything to eat now and then because he has to have some sort of scan or other.  He has been moved to a new room which is even better than the first one, and has a view over the fields to the hills beyond.  

And all around the building, the cherry trees are in full bloom ...................
