The first tenant moved in yesterday. He chose the room with no furniture, typical. Luckily a friend was selling some on 3bay, so we sat together and watched my bid win the auction, what a hoot!
Joe's birthday today, he's flying to okinawa, that's quite a present isn't it?

I've had a period, 5 years after my last one! It's either normal, ovarian last fling, or its a sign of cancer. I'll go for the tests, but I'm sure its my ovaries having a laugh.
