Champagne tea

When I arrived, everyone said how relaxed and healthy I looked.
I didn't tell them, straight away, that it was the cocodamol kicking in.
I have new orthotics, I did a 2 hour yoga class, and then sat awkwardly watching a film with DS, all culminating in muscle spasm. Last night I had to try and get undressed without bending down, getting my knickers off meant using a yoga move, a variation of the tree pose.
I had a lovely lunch with son, to celebrate his birthday, I had him all to myself , and he couldn't run off as I was feeding him, mwahaha : )
