Peak cherry

We are in Kyoto at the very peak of the cherry blossom season. As are many thousands of other international visitors, joining lots of Japanese people celebrating the season.

My main photo was taken today in the East Garden of the Heian Jingku Shrine in Kyoto. The extra collage is also of photos taken today in that same garden and nearby.
