Glass Rectangles

We had a good journey down to Glasgow, stopping off at Brambles in Inveraray for brunch. The French toast with smoked bacon and maple syrup was delicious. 
After checking in at our hotel, we took a walk round the corner to the hospital where Nick will spend the next couple of days. It is a large modern hospital and I snapped a number of photographs showing interesting geometric aspects of the architecture. 
In the evening, we enjoyed a meal in our room, delivered to our door by the most delightfully helpful young man who was on duty at the front desk. Our encounter with him was really heart-warming.
