Patiently waiting.....

I began the day with coffee and toasted tea cake in Westerham with a friend and ended it with strawberries and cream, tea and a slice of chocolate cake to celebrate another friend's birthday. Bit of a binge day as I look back on it now!!

I drove past Keston Ponds on my way home from coffee and it was fisherman's paradise there today. The sun was shining and it was so silent! The ponds were covered with yellow water lilies and it was really very peaceful and beautiful.

The ice cream van man was obviously hoping for things to pick up later in the day.
