Quiet

Parkrun (I'm sure it should feel easier than it does by now), where I think I made a mistake not wearing black socks (and didn't really walk upstairs without taking them off), lunch and then a trip up to the Royal Marsden to see the BiL. He's still being pumped full of fluids and various meds and is very tired and fed up but I think he was pleased to see us. We didn't stay long.

A quiet one tonight and then probably a similar day tomorrow.
