No, not mine. After tearing a hamstring in early Feb and not really being able to walk run for a good month or so  I couldn't get the miles in and had to drop out of this one. Im over it now but it took me a while.

Instead this is Himself's medal from the Brighton Marathon today. It was gloriously sunny but a tad too warm (for running) by the end and he, and others, struggled. Not so much that he didn't managed another brilliant, sub 4hr (the holy grail of most marathon runners), time, and a PB as well. I chased him round, even if he didn't see  me or hear me yelling.

He says it's his last one.
