Storm … what storm?

Yes, the wind did blow a bit but the sun shone too! We finally gave our lawn a high level trim today. The wind and sun will dry the ground quite quickly. It was even warm enough for me to sit out in the garden for the first time this spring.

Our daughter came round with some delicious Staffordshire oatcakes. She made them from her late Granny’s recipe which brought back happy memories for us all.
